Our office environment at Bayer is changing rapidly. More and more people are spending their working day in home offices, and single-occupancy offices are becoming increasingly rare. To ensure that the artworks in our art collection don’t end up forgotten, we are offering around 750 pieces from the collection for sale.


Visit us on June 9 and 10, 2026 during the stARTfestival at the Bayer Pharmaceuticals Headquarters and take your pick.

Questions and Answers

From June 9 to 10, 2026, at Bayer Pharmaceuticals in the “Wiener Café,” Müllerstr. 178, 13353 Berlin. Opening hours will be announced at a later date.

All Bayer employees as well as members of the general public are warmly invited.

Ticket sales will begin online via kölnticket with the start of the stARTfestival on April 17, 2026. You will receive admission to the exhibition, including one artwork of your choice. The price will be announced soon here on this website.

One artwork is included per ticket. Some works consist of multiple sheets grouped together as a single piece. The selection of artworks will be refreshed on each opening day, ensuring that no one arrives “too late.”

The works for sale come from the Artothek—paintings and prints from the Bayer and Schering art collections that were previously available to employees to furnish offices, hallways, and conference rooms.

Unfortunately, no.

As with charity auctions in previous years, Bayer is parting with older artworks, duplicates, or pieces that no longer align with today’s modern working environment.
