Registration for charity auction: Bid for art for a good cause
On September 30th 2024, starting at 6 p.m., Bayer Arts and Culture will publicly auction selected paintings and graphics from the company's art collection at the Leverkusen Erholungshaus. The entire proceeds will benefit the PalliLev Hospice in Leverkusen
Guests can look forward to popular artists such as Marc Chagall, Salvador Dalí and Ernst Ludwig Kirchner. Works by regionally beloved artists like Rolf Wetter will also be up for auction.
Starting bids for the approximately 90 paintings, prints, and drawings will begin at 50 euros. Selected works from the Artothek, an artistic resource from which Bayer AG employees can borrow art for their office spaces, will be auctioned.
With Markus Eisenbeis, auctioneer and head of the renowned auction house VAN HAM in Cologne, Bayer Arts and Culture has been able to enlist an experienced auctioneer for the auction for the sixth time.
