Support Program for young Talents

For Bayer Culture, promoting the arts is essential, as art and culture, alongside economic and social factors, are the pillars of an enlightened and free society. To provide material and ideal support to highly talented young musicians, Bayer Culture established the stARTacademy back in 2009.

The stARTacademy

Bayer's art promotion stands out from other companies: With the stARTacademy, Bayer has been supporting culture for more than a decade by nurturing young talents in music, dance, and film, and assisting them in their individual career planning. Over time, the program has evolved from a pure sponsorship model into intensive cultural partnerships, sustainable career guidance, and a vibrant artist network. The focus is on close collaboration, joint projects, and long-term cooperation, often resulting in genuine artistic friendships. Our stART artists regularly showcase their current projects as part of the stARTfestival and the Leverkusen Jazz Days.
